About the Station
Serving Our Community
Our current fire hall was built in 2002 on property that was donated by the Sieben Ranch/Baucus family. It was built by Dan Buckley Construction. It took the effort of many people to make it all happen over the course of many, many years but it was worth the effort to have such a nice building to keep our trucks and equipment safe and out of the weather, and have a decent place to hold our monthly training and trust trustee meetings and fund raisers. Prior to the construction of this building, our fire hall was a two stall building with a dirt floor located further up the highway toward Lincoln. That building was used as a fire hall almost from the department’s beginnings in 1959 until completion of the new hall in 2002.
