                            Please note:  1)  Due to ​Ellen Eskildsen's resignation on 05/16/2025 followed by Max Eskildsen's resignation on 05/17/2025,                                                                       May and June 2025 meetings were satisfied with a quorum of three Trustees before the appointments of Peggy Justesen and
                                               Kevin Zwicker in July 2025.  2)  Due to the resignation of Trustee Kevin Zwicker on 01/01/2026 (who subsequently passed
                                               away ten days later), January and February 2026 board meetings were satisfied with a quorum from the four remaining Trustees.
